Passport Photos

• Two (2) glossy color photos, plain light background

• As per official standards → Photo guidelines

Official ID

• Required only if applicant is not an Indian citizen (e.g., OCI, foreign passport holders)

Letter of Acceptance

• From the University indicating course details, duration, start date, and tuition fees

Income Clarification / Proof of Funds

• Applicant must have a bank account in their own name (joint accounts only for minors)

• Minimum balance: EUR 13,440 (certified by bank, in INR & EUR, with exchange rate)

• Bank certificate must include account details, operating since date, guardian rights (for minors), and FDs (if any)

• Additional requirements if supported by parents/guardian:

  • Sponsorship statement (relationship + financial support commitment)

  • Covering letter from sponsor addressed to Migri with list of enclosed documents

  • 1-year stamped bank statements of sponsor

  • Parents’ ITRs (last 3 years preferred)

  • Employment proof (letter or last 3 payslips – optional)

  • Statement of assets (signed by CA/wealth manager)

  • Affidavit of Sponsorship on stamp paper

Health Insurance

• Coverage of EUR 40,000/year (for 2–4 year programs)

• Start date: at least 7–10 days before course start date

• Can be from Indian/International insurers (1 year policy acceptable)

• Swisscare student health insurance (approx. EUR 197.10) → Swisscare Policy

Tuition Fee Receipt

• Tuition fee payment proof (wire transfer SWIFT + confirmation email from university)

• Official receipt if available

Migri Application (EnterFinland)

• Register & fill online application → EnterFinland Portal

• Upload scanned documents, print Initiation Certificate

• Pay application fee:

  • Online: EUR 300 (adults) / EUR 220 (minor)

  • At VFS: EUR 360 (adults) / EUR 250 (minor)

• Keep receipt (Certificate of Pending Online Case)

Education Certificates

• Submit photocopies of academic certificates (e.g., Class 12 marksheet, migration, board certificates)
