Valid passport and previous passports (at least 2 blank pages in the valid passport; issued within the last 10 years; validity must be at least 3 months beyond authorised duration of residence)

Statement undertaking voluntary exit if the application is refused

Valid travel insurance

Police Clearance Certificate

Birth certificate in English with Apostille Attestation

CV in English

Signed motivation letter in English

Certificate from your Study Consultant (if any)

Certificate of admission from the educational institution and/or a document to verify student status

Language certificate (if education is not in the applicant’s mother tongue)

Document proving payment of tuition fee

Document evidencing study progress issued by the educational institution (school certificates in English, most recent ones Apostilled)

Scholarship payment certificate (if any) or

Bank statement (sponsor) for the last 6 months

Declaration of financial support from family member (sponsor)

Proof of family relationship (if financial coverage is from a family member)

Proof of ability to provide support (bank account statement, income certificate, etc.)

Proof of accommodation from institute (dormitory, hostel) or

Residential lease contract or

Document on accommodation by courtesy with consent of usufruct beneficiary (if applicable) or

Proof of reservation and payment for accommodation or

Notarised statement from family member providing accommodation or

Real estate sales contract + permission from government agency

Copy of Hungarian social security card or

Business health insurance policy with proof of payment or

Bank account statement showing coverage for healthcare costs

Only original documents are accepted

Bring one extra photocopy of all submitted documents and full copy of valid passport
